At this point it's clear that we're all pretty much losing it. Recent research determined that more Americans than ever are dealing with mental health problems, and that about 8.3 million of us have "serious psychological distress." The upside of that being that you're not the only person at the freak-out party—isn't it nice to share the despair with other people, even if they're strangers or Twitter friends?Given that last part, Tonic has partnered with Ense, an audio-based social network, to allow our readers to share their stories.
