Although the story takes place a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, we've decided to apply the rules of Earth's astrology to let you know which Star Wars character you're most like, based on your zodiac sign. Maybe you're a casual fan who’s only seen some of the movies, or maybe you're a die-hard who’s read every book and comic available. Either way, we've enlisted the help of Broadly's staff astrologer Annabel Gat to help find your zodiac twin in the Star Wars universe.

Aries are just as quick to rush into situations as they are to rush out of them. Like Finn, you hate being tied down and told what to do by anyone. Some might call your urge to run from unpleasant situations cowardly, but according to Annabel, "Aries people are very brave, and hate seeing injustice being done to other people." Because of this, when push comes to shove, you will always defend your friends and do what is right. In addition you have "a playful nature, but also a warrior streak" within you.

You made up your mind about what's right and what's wrong when you were young—and nothing can shake that. Like Rose, you are reliable and practical, and can keep a situation grounded in reality even when it threatens to spiral out of control. Some people call you stubborn, but you simply feel like you know the right thing to do. "Tauruses are very hard workers, and the positive side of being stubborn is when you do something, you do it right, and see it through to the end," Annabel explains.

Curiosity might kill cats, but droids like you seem immune to that rule! Witty, sassy, and adaptable, as BB-8 you are your friend’s secret weapon, getting people out of tricky situations with your quick-thinking, skillful nature. "Gemini is ruled by Mercury," Annabel says, "which is the planet of information, and since a droid is basically a computer, it’s literally an information processor." Your fast-moving brain might lead you to feel anxiety or panic over the slightest provocation, which sometimes just makes you want to roll away from all your problems. However, when you're met with a true puzzle, you're always able to make it through.

It would be easy to call Kylo a Scorpio due to his dark nature and psychic powers. However, as Annabel explains, "Cancers are secretly very spooky." Like Kylo Ren, you are an incredibly emotional person, tortured by the itching feeling that you’ll never be good enough. You are a moody, brooding, emotional sign that can lean pessimistic if left in the wrong circumstances. Additionally, "Cancers are one of the signs that rules family, heritage, and our roots, so of course a Cancer is going to wonder whether or not they stack up to their grandfather!"

It’s not your fault you’re perfect in an imperfect world—it’s everyone else’s fault for not recognizing it! You can get a bad wrap for being arrogant and self-centered, but the positive traits of Leo are loyalty, humor, and a love for justice. "Leos are natural born leaders," Annabel says, "and we think of Taurus as being a stubborn sign, but Leos are secretly very stubborn." Like Poe Dameron, you perfectly embody the good and bad side of Leo’s nature. You would die for your friends, and you always try to do the right thing, but you would also like to be acknowledged and applauded while doing it.

As a Protocol Droid, it’s your job to give a human face and touch to logic and rules. "Virgo is an earth sign, and is very sensual, but is ruled by Mercury which is all about information," Annabel explains. Order and logic are your domain, and you have a tendency to get fussy if things aren’t done the way you like it. However, while you might seem cold to some, there is a very caring side to you that is always ready to help at a moment’s notice.

Oh Lando, I know it’s against your nature to ever really take sides, but while this might make you a good leader, it can make you a bad friend. Like Lando, you're always trying to take every side at once because, according to Annabel, "Libras are people pleasers, and that can cross into dangerous territory." We know you’ll make the right decision when it comes down to it, but we all wish you’d spent less time weighing your options beforehand. Don’t worry, though—what you lack in decisiveness, you make up with the charm and flirtatiousness of any good Air-sign.

As Rey, you are filled with emotions and feelings much darker than you let on. This call to the darkness might be seen as bad by some people, but to you, it just gives a more balanced view of the universe. "Scorpio is the sign of death and transformation," says Annabel, "and part of transformation is being able to look at your darkness and not be afraid." But darkness isn’t all you have! "Capricorns aren’t afraid of rules and authority," says Annabel, "and are fine working within a system if it means they can climb to the top of it." This attitude can make you come off as arrogant and somewhat of a know-it-all, but it’s not your fault that you really do know it all!

Some might see you as weird and aloof, Yoda, but that’s just because you’re “ able to see things from a different perspective than other people are” according to Annabel. You have a love for what is right, and want to see justice prevail, people just don’t always understand that it’s going to take mind-magic and laser swords to get there! You are filled with wisdom, and although people might think this would make you humorless, your wit, humor and creativity is just another side to your sharp mind.

Flung across the galaxy with both your past and future a mystery, there is a dual nature to you. Like the Skywalker twins, your eyes are on the horizon but your heart is focused on the spiritual.
