Sarah Huston is a graphic designer, photographer, and skateboarder from Gold Coast, Australia who is determined to showcase the world of women’s skateboarding from her personal vantage point. An all-around creative with a love of skateboarding, Sarah sees the world a bit differently; concrete is a canvas, swimming pools aren’t just for swimming, and curbs are a physical challenge. Sarah is driven by the desire to tell and document the stories of women in skate, and that passion was the impetus for “Yeah Girl,” her creative organization that curates an annual photo show featuring women photographers from around the world.

Boardly is a video series that spotlights women from all walks of life who share one thing in common: a passion for skateboarding that has shaped who they are in equally different, yet unique ways. Each episode seeks to offer a distinct perspective on the ways women can get involved in the artform. Watch more Boardly.
