She alleges that, while slipping in and out of consciousness due to the head injury and alcohol consumption, Brooks groped her in a sexual manner.On September 29, 2015, Brooks' lawyer entered a not guilty plea on Brooks' behalf at the Santa Clara County Superior Court in San Jose, CA. The case is ongoing.Although the NFL placed Brooks on indefinite leave during the 2015 pre-season, he returned to the league during week one of regular season. He is currently listed as active on the 49ers' team roster and playing in games.Brooks did not return Broadly's request for comment.
