NFL draft: Undrafted free agent
Career history: Baltimore Ravens (2010–present)

On June 30, 2012, Albert McClellan was arrested and charged with battery and simple assault with threat or intent to do violence, both misdemeanors, for allegedly becoming violent during an argument with his then-girlfriend at a Comfort Inn in Florida in 2012. According to a police report obtained by the Baltimore Sun, he threw a lamp at her, pushed her to the ground, and grabbed her foot while her 11-year-old daughter watched.

On November 1, 2012, the state of Florida declined to pursue the case, following an investigation, and the charges were dropped. Before the charges were dropped, the alleged victim filed a waiver not to prosecute. Neither the NFL nor his team the Baltimore Ravens ever took action against McClellan, and he is still active in the league.

When reached for comment, McClellan's representative told Broadly that "any and all charges were dismissed/dropped."
