Happy half-birthday, Leo! This a lovely time for you to check in with yourself and ask yourself how happy you are with the way you're spending your time. In fact, February 5 will be a huge day for you around happiness with your day-to-day schedule, thanks to Venus meeting with Pluto in hardworking, driven Earth sign Capricorn.

Venus is the planet of luxury. Like you, Leo, Venus is all about life's pleasures. Pluto is the planet of power and transformation. Whenever a planet meets Pluto, we know a big change is about to go down! This combination is occurring in the sector of your chart that rules your daily schedule, as well as your habits and health.

If you're frustrated at your job or with your chores, now is the time you will deeply consider (Pluto does everything deeply) how you can get more out of the energy and time you put into what you do. Also, watch out for jealous vibes on the job, and definitely watch to make sure you're not being taken advantage of. If you feel like you're not getting paid what you're worth, by the time this weekend is over, you'll be confident asking for a raise or requesting more time off. Or leaving—whatever you think is right!

If you're working out or trying to kick a bad habit, Venus's love of beauty meeting with Pluto's transformative influence will definitely be inspirational. For example, if you're a smoker, in the past your desire for a morning cigarette with coffee might have outweighed how much you care about having yellow teeth, but now that Venus and Pluto are together, a photograph of your big yellow smile could throw you over the edge, giving you just the inspiration you need to quit!

But whatever you do, don't feel like you need to do any of these things—like quitting a job, asking for a raise, or getting fit and healthy—alone. Pluto is powerful, but it's also the planet of obsession. If you think you might be being too hard on yourself about working out or being "perfect," definitely find someone to talk to who can help, like a therapist.

The best way to work with Pluto is to bring in a third party or someone who is outside of the situation and unbiased (it's the best way to check any bad vibes!). In addition, Pluto is associated with psychotherapy, so talking out your deep feelings (about any issues, really) is a great thing to do during this transit, Leo!

February 6 is another day this month you should definitely circle in your calendar. Lots of planetary action will be going down: The Sun (your ruling planet) will sextile wild Uranus in fellow Fire sign Aries, which will be really awesome for your relationships. It will bring some fun surprises to you and the people you're partnering with.

This day has even more good vibes; on the sixth, chatty Mercury trines lucky planet Jupiter, which is currently hanging out in the sector of your chart that rules money— awesome! Some abundance and good vibes around finances, your work, or your self-esteem are on the way. However, also on this day, sweet Venus will challenge erratic Uranus, bringing up issues around reliability and responsibility. Expect scheduling issues and for everyone to be running late, but try not to let it hurt your feelings.

The Sun is in Aquarius for the first half of the month, highlighting the sector of your chart that rules relationships. Some of the biggest changes in this area will occur on February 7, when the Sun challenges warrior Mars, which is currently in Water sign Scorpio. Scorpio is the sector of your chart that rules your home, your family, and issues around privacy. Mars is the fighter of the zodiac, and Scorpio has a built-in weapon (its stinger!), so this is a pretty lethal combination to have hanging out in such a sensitive, homey area of your chart!

On one hand, you'll likely feel mega protected during this transit, and you'll be working toward creating more security in your life. On the other hand, though, issues around your home and family could make you a little prickly. Either way, you'll have to find a new way to work with issues concerning your home and safety due to this square, and these changes will affect your relationships in some way. Perhaps you'll move in with a partner—or move out. Maybe an issue with a landlord will come to a head. Whatever the case, your need to feel safe and supported will collide with your need for healthy partnerships—and, hopefully, the challenge will resolve itself in a way that's ideal for you.

The next day, February 8, brings the New Moon in Aquarius, which will create a fresh start in your relationships. No matter what direction you take things with the Sun/Mars square, the Moon has your back, creating a space for you to approach things a new way. Aquarius is the sign of innovation, so you'll find a way to work it all out!

February 10 is one of the best days this month in terms of work and money. On this day, Venus (a planet that rules cash in addition to love) trines the planet of abundance, Jupiter. Jupiter has a lucky vibe; however, I don't want to say luck will be involved. You might be the sign of royalty, but you work your butt off, and your success comes from much more than serendipity!

Expect tons more focus on your relationships later in the month, when Mercury and Venus enter your opposite sign, Aquarius. Aquarius has a super friendly vibe, all about community and humanitarianism. That's great and all, but as a Leo, you're more about… yourself. In any case, despite your differences, you and your opposite sign do have a lot in common: You're both super loyal to your causes and you both genuinely want everyone to get along. Aquarius might rule friendship, but you rule parties, and what fun is a party if people can't connect?

Expect a boost in communication with your partners on February 13 when chatty Mercury enters Aquarius, and look forward to plenty of lovely, harmonious vibes when Venus also enters this cool, intellectual sign on February 16.
