This is an excellent time for networking professionally as well as for socializing and planning for the future—at least until Mercury retrograde hits later this month.

Mercury retrograde begins on December 19, and it will find you reconsidering where (and with whom) you fit in. Do you still want to chase after the same dreams you had in the past? Are the same cliques appealing to you? Expect to run into people from your past during this Mercury retrograde—they'll show you exactly how much you've grown.

Mercury retrograde has a very bad reputation: It's a horrible time to make important purchases (like plane tickets or electronics) or to sign agreements. Put off making any important decisions for now. Miscommunications run rampant during Mercury retrograde, and so do delays. This is a bad time to start anything new, but it's a good time to reflect on the past and pick up old projects. Mercury retrogrades want you to rewind and reflect. It's time to sit still, not run around!

On December 7, Venus will enter Aquarius, activating a very private, sensitive sector of your chart. You're going to be way more private about whom you're dating and what's up with your finances than usual (Venus rules both love and money). Venus is an affectionate energy; however, Aquarius is cool and aloof, which is how you'll approach your love life during this time.

People think of you as mysterious to begin with, Pisces, but while Venus is in Aquarius, you'll be very hard to figure out! On an emotional level, this is a great time to process hurt feelings and insecurities that you may have stuffed away and refused to deal with. Now's the time to process it and let it all go!

December 13 brings the full moon in Gemini, which will illuminate the home and family sector of your chart. For the first half of this month, the Sun will be in Sagittarius, putting your focus on your career, your professional goals, and your reputation. The full moon will force you to look at the exact opposite of all that: your home, your private life, and your family.

This will be an important time to find a better balance between your public and private life, whether that means tending to your housework as much as you do your office work or spending more quality time with your family instead of posting selfies for your followers and obsessing over your likes.

This new moon is in Capricorn, the sign of worldly success. You're not into the material world, Pisces.
