It's winter, so most of us don't want to go outside. Whether you're a tropical fish or swimming in icier waters, Pisces people across the board and across climes are in hibernation mode! For the first part of the month, the Sun is in cool Aquarius, where it's activating the part of your chart that rules solitude and rest—but don't worry, your month definitely won't be boring.

February 5 finds charming, lovely Venus meeting with the lord of the underworld, Pluto, both in lusty and devilish Earth sign Capricorn. While this combination is absolutely hot and sexy, whenever Pluto is involved it is wise to be aware of manipulators. Crushes you shouldn't have will feel especially attractive under this influence.

February 5 is definitely a day to circle in your calendar in terms of socializing, since these two planets will be activating the friendship sector in your chart. Make a point to do some networking today because you will make some amazing connections. These planets are hanging out in Capricorn, a sign that's all about drive, success, and material accomplishment (it is an Earth sign, the element relating to the physical world— Capricorn's not shallow, it's practical).

Pisces people are famous for their empathy, and on February 6 your ability to manage all the feelings around you will be tested. Today, Mercury, the planet of communication, trines lucky planet Jupiter, which just so happens to be creating magic in the section of your chart that rules partnerships. Today is fab for communication and connection in your relationships, whether the partner in question is romantic or not. But, that said, I would avoid talks about commitment or self-esteem today.

Also on February 6, Venus, the planet of beauty and love, will square Uranus, bringing surprises to many areas of your life. Erratic Uranus is highlighting the part of your chart that rules money, so you may find yourself dealing with some issues on that front today. Venus loves attention and affection; with this challenge to Uranus, you could feel some jealousy or some weepy vibes in the air.

February 6 is good for talking, but there will be a lot of feelings and unexpected problems to manage on this date. You're great at going with the flow, so do that today, Pisces— the Sun is sending good vibes to wild Uranus, so the surprises that come your way shouldn't be impossible to roll with, even if someone has a meltdown over a shade of lipstick (oh, Venus, what will we do with you?).

The New Moon in independent Air sign Aquarius on February 8 will ask you to shut out the noise from the outside world. Your birthday is coming up, and it's time for you to spend some time alone, resting, relaxing and reflecting on your last year. The New Moon is amazing for reconnecting with your spiritual side and strengthening your connection with your intuition.

You're in a private mood today, so don't be surprised if you don't feel like partying. If you usually celebrate the New Moon with friends, this month you might prefer being a solitary witch. Recommitting to a self-care routine that especially supports your sleep schedule is also a great thing to do right now. A well-rested Pisces is really the happiest kind!

Nowadays, Neptune is the planet modern astrologers associate with your sign, but back before Neptune was discovered, Jupiter was your ruling planet (and it still is, in many astrology circles). On February 10, Venus makes an easy aspect with Jupiter, sending you tons of good luck in your love life. Also on February 13, warrior planet Mars (which is currently in fellow Water sign Scorpio!) will sextile your traditional ruling planet, Jupiter. We love sextiles, and not just because they contain the word sex— they suggest help is on the way. On February 13, you might find that a shared philosophy, love of travel, or thirst for knowledge boosts positivity in your partnerships. This is a great day to take a date to a lecture or to a neighborhood you two haven't explored yet.

On February 16, love planet Venus enters cool and aloof Aquarius. At this time, you will still have a lot of processing to do around your feelings (and you have so, so many of them, Pisces), and you'll likely be craving a lot of alone time (again, you're totally in hibernation mode). Secret crushes might form during this time, and your imagination will be especially active. The Sun enters your sign on February 19! You're officially beginning to break away from hibernation mode now that the Sun is in your sign, shining its love down on you and blessing you with vitality, confidence, and optimism. Virgo is famous for being flawless, precise, and practical— your two energies are really very different, but when you are able to balance both vibes, you are at your happiest! To be able to party but also wake up on time? To dream the wildest dreams yet stay grounded in reality? It sounds too good to be true, but it isn't— the right balance is out there for you, and you can find it, Pisces.

This Full Moon will also be very illuminating around your relationships, but you might find that spending time together in silence, holding each other, watching a movie, or enjoying nature brings you closer that conversation can, due to the current planetary influence, as well as your love for non-verbal affection.

On February 28, the Sun meets your modern-day ruling planet, Neptune. Neptune's associated with dreams, the spirit world, imagination, and fog: pretty much everything intangible. You might feel a little floaty today—but, again, Neptune is your ruler and you are a fish, so floating is sort of your natural state. You'll be blissful just being your sensitive, psychic, and imaginative self today. If you need some grounding, carry a dark stone (like obsidian) around with you, or just eat some hearty comfort food.
