The prissy reputation Virgo gets in pop astrology isn't really fair. You guys aren't as neat and orderly as advertised in the typical Sun sign column—you're lusty as fuck (being that you're a physically oriented Earth sign) and, while Virgo may be known as the "servant" of the zodiac according to some folks, the truth is you'd rather sneak away into a cave in the mountains than deal with someone's bullshit— you are represented by the Hermit in the tarot, after all.

That said: Early this November you'll likely be all the acting in a stereotypically Virgo way! On November 2, logical and communicative Mercury (your ruling planet) enters incisive and intense Water sign Scorpio, which will bring a major boost to your intellect and increase your smarts by infinity percent. You're the nerd of the zodiac—you know everything about everything—but, with Mercury in psychic Scorpio, you'll know everything about everything and everyone, the color and number they're thinking of, their mother's maiden name, and whom they're currently crushing on. Details will become extremely important to you at this time, so I expect you'll be getting organized and cleaning up quite a bit.

The super exciting news about November 2 is that both Venus and Mars will be meeting in your sign— awesome! This will bring an extra dash of confidence and contentment to your life. This will have a lovely, unifying effect on your relationships, especially around how you feel about yourself in them. A beautiful opportunity to share your dreams comes on November 6, when communicator Mercury trines the planet of fantasy, Neptune. A deep and philosophical conversation is likely on the menu today, and it's an excellent time to do any writing. On November 24, Mars sextiles Saturn and Mercury conjuncts Saturn— Saturn is known as the taskmaster of the zodiac, but it's also the planet of longevity, contracts, and tradition.
