Being ruled by Mercury, the planet of logic and communication, you're all about the details— without them, you can't make informed decisions or tell lies you might get away with (Geminis pretty much always get caught, but that's another conversation). November starts off with Mercury, your ruling planet, entering Scorpio—a very deep, intense, and emotional Water sign that really, truly doesn't miss any details—on November 2. Scorpio obsesses, analyzes, investigates, looks through drawers, and interrogates. As you enter November, Gemini, your bullshit detector is working in excellent order. Is there a mystery you want to solve? A secret you want to hear? It could come out soon, with your ruling planet in the sign of mysteries.

Mercury in Scorpio will also have a more mundane effect on your life as well: You'll find yourself paying special attention to your everyday chores, and you'll likely figure out a new or improved schedule for yourself. Scorpio is a sign that's great at negotiating, and this energy combines very well with Mercury's communication skills— perhaps this month could be great for working something out with your boss that would allow you to go by the gym before work and come in a little later in exchange for staying a later, or for reexamining how your share chores around the home.

November 2 also bring us the Venus and Mars conjunction in Virgo. Mars, the warrior planet, runs around the zodiac chasing sweet and lovely Venus, the planet of love, beauty, harmony, and money (basically everything good). When they finally meet each other in the sky we must ask: Is happily ever after here? Since Venus and Mars are meeting in Virgo—an introverted, down-to-earth sign that encourages you to find safety and privacy—now is a good time to ask yourself: Is there a happily ever after occurring around your home? Is home where your heart is, or do you feel like it's close to getting there? Pay special attention to your family early this November or consider reading up on your heritage or history— it's a great time to connect to your past. Any issues around your living situation will likely come up for examination. Ask yourself: Do I feel whole where I am? There's a deep feeling of contentment when Venus and Mars meet, so if you're not feeling that sense of unity, explore that within yourself.

Of course, whenever we think about Venus and Mars together, we can't forget about love and sex. Issues and themes around home are strong for you at this time, Gemini; it's possible you're thinking about moving in with a partner. You could also be dealing with some privacy issues in relationships or having some conversations about the meaning of family. Do I feel safe with this person? is a question I want you to ask about each person you're in a relationship with at this time— not just lovers, but also friends and coworkers. Think about what safety and security mean to you. Does it mean someone who can keep your secrets (you have so many)? Someone who'll always lend you $20? Someone who will always pick up the phone?

Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, and so is Virgo, which is the sign Venus and Mars are meeting in—it's very likely that, if you have someone in your life who you don't feel like you can talk to or who you feel is unreliable around texting or calling you back, they are probably not someone you can call part of your "family." To top it off, Mercury is currently in Scorpio, the sign of deep intimacy and merging, so feeling like you're getting the real story and feeling connected on an emotional level is so important. In general, solid communication is important in relationships, but right now, it's especially key to you feeling grounded and safe.

A few days after Mercury enters Scorpio and Venus and Mars meet in Virgo, Mercury trines Neptune on November 6. This is a super poetic and inspired energy. You'll find it easy to talk about your dreams and deepest wishes, so if you had some difficulty earlier in the month, hopefully you'll get a good opportunity to have a deep and connected conversation with someone.

On November 8, Venus enters Libra, a fellow flirty Air sign, which will be excellent for your love life! And your creative life, too—all around, Venus in Libra is a powerful and productive energy around creating, partnering, and sharing. Lots of help and opportunities to connect also come your way on November 10, when Mercury will sextile Pluto and the Sun will sextile Jupiter. Pluto is the planet of power, and Mercury is the communicator, so expect to get in contact with someone who can help you gain more dominance. This will likely play out in your relationships— if you've been weepy over someone, November 10 is a great day to meet someone new you admire who can give you a pep talk on how to regain the upper hand. Exploring and sharing your feelings is very likely today. The Sun sextile Jupiter is also a grand and joyous combination, promising a boost in ego and confidence and inspiring a feeling of abundance.

November 11 brings the New Moon in Scorpio, which is an excellent time for you to make some resolutions, especially around health and dropping some bad habits (and picking up good ones). Scorpio is the sign of rebirth— this New Moon will be great for you in terms of reconnecting to your body and examining how you need to care for yourself on a physical and emotional level. Scorpio is also the sign of extremes— are you working too hard? Or sleeping in too much? Adjust that balance during this New Moon. The next day, November 12, warrior Mars enters Libra, a sign that's all about partnering— team up with someone else. During this transit, you'll get the most accomplished if you can have someone at your side, lifting weights or kicking cigarettes with you.

The next day, November 13, your ruling planet, Mercury is sextile lucky planet Jupiter— whatever you want to create for yourself, you'll be able to. This combination is great for manifestation, because not only will your mind be sharp and clear, but you'll also be optimistic and open to growth. Also on November 13, Venus will sextile Saturn, which is a very supportive energy— it will not only lend stability your relationships, but it could also connect you to some lovely, wise people who can offer practical and sage advice.

On November 17, the Sun in Scorpio meets Mercury (also in Scorpio). Major clarity will come to you today around murky, emotional stuff—especially the issues that affect you on an everyday level. Clarity is a major key word for the second half of the month: Not only will the big bright Sun light up lots of communication or information (Mercury) issues, but Neptune will also station direct on November 18, which will create a feeling of forward movement around our dreams— and also around where we might feel confusion in our lives. This will be especially big around your career, your reputation, and your popularity— is there a dream you have around these themes you'd like to manifest? Or is there a change in perception around your image you want to create? Neptune's direct motion will have you moving forward with all that.

Your ruling planet, Mercury, enters Sagittarius on November 20. On the same day, Venus squares Pluto. Mark your calendar, because today will be intense and powerful around relationships. Your ruling planet entering your opposite sign, Sagittarius, will encourage you to use one of your greatest gifts: The ability to see all sides to a story or situation. You're the worst person to argue with, Gemini, because you're so good at playing "devil's advocate." Sagittarius is a philosophical sign, but isn't as detail-oriented as you or your ruling planet, Mercury, and even though this transit might be a little annoying due how conversations or ideas might feel generalized or idealistic, you'll still benefit from the opportunity to see and hear how other people are thinking. Plus, this ability to see all sides will come in handy when lovely Venus challenges power planet Pluto— people will be feeling jealous and even manipulative, but I think you'll be able to see through all the BS. Be sure to hear people out during this sensitive time— Pluto is an overwhelming energy, and all Venus wants is to be loved. On November 20, be conscious that people might feel like they're being ignored or under-appreciated. Pluto is a very sexy planet, so if everyone can compromise and take the high road, this could be a very passionate time of the month.

The Sun enters Sagittarius on November 22. Because Sag is your opposite sign, this transit will further highlight relationship in your life. On November 24, Mars will sextile Saturn and Mercury will conjunct Saturn, making this another exciting day for you, especially around relationships, commitment, and creating a solid, sturdy plan of action toward whatever you want to accomplish with your lover, band mate, business partner, or bestie.

We have a Full Moon in your sign on November 25! Again, this will be very illuminating around relationships, especially around what you need and desire in order to feel seen. The last chunk of November may feel like you're doing a lot of listening to other people, but this Full Moon will bring a little bit of the focus back on you and your thoughts. This entire month, the trick is to find harmony between how much you're giving and receiving in your relationships.

On November 26, Saturn squares Neptune. This will be one of the heaviest transits of the month, and it will affect every one of the twelve zodiac signs in major ways.
